She specializes in helping clients craft personal, cohesive narratives that go beyond surface-level achievements, drawing on her own experience navigating a non-traditional path to business school. Passionate about helping others identify overlooked strengths and avoid common pitfalls, Sacha is known for her thoughtful, personalized approach that helps applicants stand out authentically.

As a Wharton MBA, venture capitalist, and former President of Wharton’s PE/VC Club, Iynna combines insider admissions insight with deep industry expertise in entrepreneurship and investing. Known for her enthusiasm, strategic guidance, and global perspective, she helps applicants craft clear, compelling narratives that align their unique backgrounds with their MBA and career goals.

Tim has been heavily involved in MBA admissions ever since he set foot on campus at Chicago Booth. Starting with his role as an admissions fellow, he interviewed and reviewed the application details of almost 100 applicants across multiple quarters. He understands how to craft a dynamic story that will jump off the page for the adcom. Since his time at Booth, he has successfully helped many applicants gain admission into top business programs.

Oded has rich experience in helping his clients get admitted to the top schools including HBS, Stanford GSB, Wharton, Columbia, NYU, Booth, Yale, and many others. In addition, Oded has a proven track record helping career switchers get admitted to the top schools and pursue roles such as product manager in Big Tech and corporate positions in healthcare.

Joy coaches MBA applicants with a detail-oriented and tailored approach to creating a differentiated story. As a reapplicant who was admitted to Harvard Business School, the Stanford GSB, Wharton, and Chicago Booth on the third year she applied, her personal introduction to the process enabled her to develop a good sense of what works in business school applications by trial and error. The journey brought out her lifelong passion of storytelling, a task that included identifying the right pieces of evidence and data and curating these in connecting with the audience – in settings where landing the impact is key to success.

Anna has been an engaged MBA mentor and coach for over ten years.  She is passionate about getting to know the individual on a deeper level to effectively support him or her in solidifying their career goals, structuring applications, and making the best fit decision for their unique circumstance. Anna’s broad exposure across companies and roles in consulting, retail, and real estate make her a tremendous resource for candidates passionate about pursuing an MBA.

As an MBA applicant later in her career, Danielle understands how the MBA experience is truly transformational and uses her perspective to help applicants envision what their own MBA paths could look like inside and outside of the classroom. Narmeen is an HBS graduate with a deep passion for helping others craft their story and achieve their personal and professional goals. As a first-generation graduate who has lived around the world (Pakistan, US, Canada, UK, and Kenya), she is committed to helping her clients translate their unique experiences for the adcom. Andy is a Haas MBA with a longstanding passion for coaching others. As a former Associate Director of Admissions at the Kellogg School Management, Interim Associate Director of Admissions at UCLA Anderson School of Management, member of the Diversity Advisory Group of the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC), and as a seasoned MBA admissions consultant and UCLA Anderson MBA herself, Deena has extensive experience on both sides of the admissions process.

Molly is a Booth MBA with a background in accounting as well as corporate strategy and finance for a Fortune 50 company. With this background, Molly has an incredible attention to detail that she leverages to help her her clients ensure that each aspect of the application is the best that it can possibly be. Having worked across fields, Molly is also able to help clients from more technical and analytical backgrounds to translate their experiences for the adcom. Molly currently lives in Chicago.

As a former admissions committee member at NYU Stern, Caitlin has a strong background in evaluating candidates from different backgrounds for a top MBA program. She brings with her intimate knowledge of how the admissions process works from the inside out.

After working on the admissions committee at Wharton for nearly 5 years and managing MBA recruiting for a large corporation before that, Meghan recognized that often highly-qualified applicants are rejected for issues that could have been easily mitigated if they’d had the right guidance.

Katherine is a Wharton MBA with deep experience in the financial sector including investment banking, asset management and private equity. As a more experienced applicant herself who applied when she was already a Vice President, Katherine is able to not only provide strong guidance to those in, or interested in, the financial sector, but she is also a great adviser to anyone applying at a later stage in his or her career. She currently lives in Washington, D.C.

Alan has been advising future MBAs for eight years. Alan helps clients uncover their talent and experience – which they always seem to underestimate. He is committed to pushing for hard-to-remember story details that create exceptional applications. And, to clients designing a life trajectory they find personally fulfilling.

Erin is the former Assistant Director of Admissions at Columbia Business School where she sat on the admissions and merit scholarship committees and advised applicants on which program might be the best fit for them based on their work experience and professional goals. She values the role of authenticity in applications and helps candidates find their strengths and genuine voice when they write their essays. She has seen firsthand in admissions and in the evaluation process that this leads to the most successful applications.

Gretchen is a former admissions director at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is highly experienced in recruiting and coaching applicants seeking career and educational growth. After almost a decade of working with applicants to a top five MBA program, Gretchen is keenly aware of “what matters” and “what doesn’t”.

Empowering others to achieve their educational goals is something that both motivates and inspires Alicia. As an Assistant Director of Admissions at Columbia Business School, Alicia evaluated applicants to both the full-time and executive MBA programs. As an experienced admissions consultant, she has counseled hundreds of applicants from diverse backgrounds, specializing in helping them present a clear, cohesive, and interesting story across their applications that will help them stand out to the adcom audience.

As a former Assistant Director of Admissions at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Jess served on a seven-person Admissions Committee which decided the make-up of the full-time MBA program. She has also served as an MBA application reader for her alma mater, Darden, taking part in the admissions process and providing feedback to the group on applications. Her wealth of admissions experience affords her an astute perspective that cuts through the clutter and quickly detects fact from fiction.

Hannah received her MBA from Columbia Business School, where she was the President of the student admissions group, Hermes Society. Since graduation, she has successfully coached countless MBA candidates across continents, professional backgrounds, and all of the top programs. Hannah started her career in public relations and communications and has also worked as a Global Category Lead for a top consumer goods company, leading projects throughout Europe, Latin America, and Turkey.

Jessica is a Kellogg MBA with a professional background in management consulting, data analytics, strategy, and product marketing and innovation, in addition to her work as an MBA application coach. As someone who is familiar with a variety of career paths, Jessica astutely challenges her clients to enhance their stated goals and contributions to the classroom with more detail and focus in order to present a more interesting case.

Becca brings a fresh perspective to the Vantage Point team with her decade-long career in Higher Education. She has worked in admissions across a variety of graduate programs including Environmental Studies and Public Health, and has extensive experience in the Business School environment at the Yale School of Management. The common theme throughout her various experiences is her relentless drive to help students find the right career and educational path for them.

Melody is a graduate from Columbia Business School and is the founder of Vantage Point MBA. She brings with her a wealth of experience advising MBA applicants from diverse backgrounds, industries, and nationalities in gaining admission to the world’s leading business schools. After starting her career in investment banking, Melody joined L’Oréal as a brand manager until leaving to lead Vantage Point full-time in 2016. She currently lives in Westport, CT.
